Project Description
The project consists of constructing a raised landscaped median on Sierra Avenue which will separate opposing vehicular traffic and reduce turning conflicts, relieving congestion and improving safety on the roadway. The median will improve the general aesthetics by including entry monuments, drought tolerant landscaping, hardscape, and lighting accents.
