National Community Planning Month

The Planning Division is proud to participate in National Community Planning Month!

This celebration will take place Wednesday, October 15th from 4:00-7:00 pm in the courtyard outside of the DSO Building. 

With the hope of providing interesting ways for citizens to learn more about urban planning; this event will feature fun games, face painting, balloons, snow cones, popcorns and prizes.

Calling all Superheroes!

Hero up for this Halloween extravaganza at our very own Superhero headquarters at the Steelworkers' Auditorium on Saturday, October 18th between 1:00-5:00 pm for the festivities.


We will have Super Hero training, a powerful performance, lively activities, super art activities, and more! It is encouraged for all Superheroes to come dressed as their alter egos; ensuring the safety of your secret identity.

Fontana has three safe Halloween events for you to enjoy! Times will vary depending on location. 
 
Friday, October 31st from 4:00-7:00 pm enjoy the evening with your little ones! Events will take place at the Cypress Neighborhood Center, Jessie Turner Center and the Don Day Center.

Jack Bulik Teen Center will be hosting an incredible haunted house from 5:00-9:00 pm Eight rooms await filled with creatures, zombies, monsters, ghosts and twisted clowns for those brave souls who dare to enter!
