Teamwork
Renovating
the infrastructure of Fontana presents a tremendous civic
and engineering challenge. To meet this goal, the City of
Fontana has partnered with government agencies, business and
civic organizations on an unprecedented scale. In addition,
the City of Fontana has contracted with a team of local and
regional firms to provide the technical capabilities to complete
the project on time and on budget. The CIP projects are administered
by a variety of Fontana city departments.

For
survey and geo-technical specialty areas, the work will be
widely distributed and maximize local consultant and minority
business participation. Redundant capacity will also be available
during intense activity periods. Given the nature of the various
projects, for geo-technical services, there are two groups
of sub-consultants; one best suited for roadway and utility
projects, and the other for projects concerning Caltrans facilities.
