Operation Splash
Operation Splash is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and the City of Fontana Community Services Department Aquatics Division to educate participants of all ages in water safety and teach them how to swim at no cost. Beginning this Summer eligible participants will have the opportunity to sign up for any swim lesson class listed, at any of the three city pools at no cost. Operation Splash is looking to provide 1,000 free swim lessons to qualifying children, teens, adults and seniors this summer and throughout the year. The mission of Operation Splash is to support aquatic facilities and swim programs that help increase physical activity in low-income areas, diminish the risk of chronic disease, and build strong bodies. Fontana residents who are interested should pick up an Application and take it to their local swimming pool for availability and eligibility. If you have any questions please contact your local pool.
