View the new Fontana Community Senior Center being built

Experienced staff at the Josephine Knopf Senior Center have been serving the 55+ population of Fontana since 1968. The center and its staff serve as a resource to help direct seniors to valuable resources and programs specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors.

The Center also arranges high-quality and affordable classes that teach on various subjects such as Computers, Digital Photography, Latin Dance, quilting, sign language, yoga and many other topics.

Weekly events at the center include arthritis exercise, Tai Chi, bingo, crafts, the senior luncheon program, movies and Wii Games. See below for details on the days and times that activities take place.

Each month at the center, staff picks a certain day to celebrate birthdays for everyone. They also plan special luncheons, parties or dances for each month to celebrate a holiday or just for the fun of it. Check out the "Upcoming Events" section below for details on specific days and times.
