Private piano lessons offered at Cypress neighborhood center

Fontana, California, May 19, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite families with youth, ages 5 to 18 to register for upcoming private piano lessons at the Cypress neighborhood center located at 8380 Cypress Avenue. There are three ability levels: piano primer, grade one, and grade two. Fees depend on the level but range from $60 to $80 for 4 week sessions. Lessons are by appointment only and are on Wednesdays or Fridays beginning Wednesday, May 28.
Learning to play a musical instrument can be a rewarding experience for students. Learning to play octaves, read music, and understand beats turns the challenge of learning into a pleasurable pastime.
