Healthy Fontana Boot Camp begins October 25

Release Date: October 7, 2008

Fontana, California, October 1, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite adults to register for the upcoming Healthy Fontana Health and Fitness Boot Camp at Koehler Park, located at 15352 Walnut Avenue from 6 to 7 am on Saturdays for $20 for 4 weeks beginning October 25.

The Health and Fitness Boot Camp offers an alternative to traditional workouts. The affordable training session is based on team work, cardio exercise, and fun. Participants will enjoy drills and team relays among other exercises.
