Estate and Financial seminars in Fontana

Fontana,
California, September 15, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite the public
to register for upcoming seminars in real estate at the Heritage Neighborhood Center,
located at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway beginning September 27. Topics include Real
Estate California Foreclosure Process for $25 for 4 weeks from 6 to 7 pm, Real
Estate – Short Sale for $25 for 4 weeks from 7 to 8 pm, and Beware
Credit Card for $25 for 4 weeks from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The Community Assistance
Program also offers a class called Couples and Money on Thursday,
September 25 from 7 to 9 pm.
Real Estate California Foreclosure Process offers adults an
opportunity to learn about the California Foreclosure process. Students will learn the
fundamental rules and steps to foreclosures.
Real-Estate – Short Sale gives adults an opportunity to discuss
some of the issues concerning short sales and the steps to take. Students will be given
tips on how to successfully manage a short sale.
Beware Credit Card for ages 16 to 25 is the perfect class for
those who are constantly receiving credit card offers. The class will provide information
on interest rates, APRs, and more.
Couples and Money from the CAP program is available at the
Cypress Neighborhood Center, located at 8380 Cypress Avenue. The seminar helps couples
to communicate about money matters, learn about money and budget saving tips, and helps
couples develop a spending plan for their future goals.
