Zumba
fitness program now in Fontana

California, May 19, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite the public to register for the all new
Zumba fitness class offered to ages 7 and older at the Heritage neighborhood center, 7350 Liberty Parkway for
$40.00 beginning Wednesday, May 28 from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.
Zumba is one of the fastest growing fitness programs in the nation. Pairing fun, Latin and International music
with exciting dance moves, the class can give anyone of any physical ability a great workout.
“Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve
a blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits,” says fitness instructor Joan Reed, adding “Thanks to
the party-like atmosphere, it is essentially exercise in disguise.”
