Homebuyer
Workshop Series April 19

Fontana,
California, April 9, 2008. The Mayor and City Council announce the return of the Housing and Business
Development Department's Homebuyer Workshop. The Workshop will be offered on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 9:00
to 11:00 a.m. at the Sierra Lakes Golf Club, 16600 Clubhouse Drive. Registration is required and a continental
breakfast will be provided.
The Fontana Homebuyer Workshop is available for free several times throughout the year. The series focuses on
the First Time Homebuyer program which offers incentives to those looking to buy their first home within the
city's core area. At the workshop, participants will learn the various benefits and requirements for the program.
The series also offers information about foreclosures, "short sale" properties, current loan options, and procedures.
An additional workshop will be offered for Saturday, June 21. Residents interested in more information directly
related to foreclosures are invited to visit the Housing and Business
