Fontana teens celebrate Cinco de Mayo

Fontana, California, April 28, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite area teens to the Cinco de Mayo celebration at the Jack Bulik Teen Center located at 16581 Filbert Street on Monday, May 5 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The event is free and is for ages 10-16. A fun introduction to the meaning of Cinco de Mayo, light refreshments and entertainment will be provided.

The Jack Bulik Teen Center is one of the more popular teen spots in Fontana as youth are welcome to have fun in a safe, teen-friendly environment. Parties are offered to teen center members on a regular basis and in honor of special holidays or events. Already this year, teens from throughout the community enjoyed a Sadie’s Hopkins Dance, Mad Hatter Party, and now a Cinco de Mayo fiesta.
