Introduction to Quilting at Knopf Senior Center

Fontana, California, May 27, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite individuals to register for the upcoming Introduction to Quilting at Knopf Senior Center, located at 8384 Cypress Avenue. The class is $30 for 8 weeks beginning Wednesday, June 4 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Introduction to Quilting is a fun way to spend an afternoon learning a new skill or improving techniques. The class introduces students to basic sewing machine skills such as operation, stitches, and techniques. Thanks to a donation from a private citizen, several sewing machines are available for most participants.
