Fair at Lewis Library and Technology Center

Fontana,
California, September 22, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite
all high school and middle school aged teens to attend the first annual
Fontana Unified School District College Fair, on Wednesday, October
8 at the regional Lewis Library and Technology Center, located at 8437 Sierra
Avenue from 6 to 8 pm.
The College Fair, hosted by Fontana Unified School District,
the City of Fontana, and Lewis Library and Technology Center will offer a variety
of opportunities to explore post high school possibilities. Whether one is
college bound or interested in learning a specific trade or skill, the fair
will have information booths for everyone. Financial aid and scholarship information
will also be available.
Some of the participating representatives include the Air
Force Academy, California Baptist University, Colorado State University at
Pueblo, several CSU campuses to include Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Dominguez
Hills, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, UC campuses to include Davis,
Riverside, and San Diego and many more.
