Create service requests and watch them get fixed. Access Fontana allows residents to submit requests directly through an app or online that is automatically routed to the correct department for proper handling.
Through a partnership with PublicStuff, graffiti and potholes reported will go directly to the Public Works department and immediately create a work order. Once completed, you will be notified through your phone or email that the work is complete.
Dead animal pickup requests will be routed to Police Dispatch and an Animal Services Officer will be sent out to remove it. Note: You will not receive a notification when the dead animal has been removed. Additional service request types will be added in the future.
